Description: The VP of Analytics Delivery balances analytical expertise, project management, and client service to deliver excellence in our projects.He or she will be accountable to the client’s needs, the project goals, and project profitability in that order. Ideal candidates will have superior communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts and results into business recommendations, broader interpersonal skills, and motivation to excel in an entrepreneurial environment.

Description: Directors of analytics manage the execution of analytics in conjunction with the VP and project teams. They are accountable for applying the best possible analytics to the problem at hand. Ideal candidates have extensive analytics toolsets to bring to bear on various challenges and datasets, and motivation to excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
Required Skills:
- Business analytics experience in SAS, R, or similar toolkits
- Extensive data manipulation, cleansing, and validation experience.
- SQL and Big Data tools
- Digital analytics and marketing experience
- Track record of analytics delivery

Position: Analyst
Location: Norwalk, CT and Atlanta, GA
Description: Entry-level position in the field of marketing analytics with high growth expectations. Penfield is looking for quantitatively strong individuals with experience in data manipulation and interest in
marketing/media to join a team of marketing scientists and consultants. Analysts will work directly with Directors and VPs to create models using a various software packages. The Penfield work environment is a "work hard/play hard" environment with some flexibility to work remotely.
